About the Opportunity

• Creating and updating corporate forecasting and budgeting models
• Create and monitor real estate construction models, including investment returns and financial, including validation of key assumptions
• Assist in updating and generating reports from Addepar (performance management platform)
• Assist in the preparation and completion of month end and quarter end processes of loading investment information into the general ledger
• Gather portfolio company financial statements
• Assist in the formation and standardization of report generation and financial reporting procedures
• Oversee and review data entered by iCapital, regular meetings with iCapital
• Review financial results for the investment portfolio
• Complete ad hoc financial analyses on investments
• Organize historical and current investment and financial documents
• Support the creation and updating of project proformas for real estate projects
• Assist as needed in the due diligence process for private equity investments
• Work with investment managers and business partners

About You

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or accounting
• At least two years of work experience in finance
• Real estate modelling understanding
• Excellent financial modelling/analysis skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Super User proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint
