VantEdge is seeking an experienced and strategic Project Manager to lead delivery across our three flagship platforms. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in software delivery and industrial system implementations, who excels in high-pressure environments, and can confidently navigate complex stakeholder landscapes while driving results.

TerminalBOSS is our established truck and rail terminal management system installed in over 150 facilities across North America. It supports:

• Workflow enforcement

• Driver, customer, product, and inventory management

• API-compliant measurement and volume tracking

• Automated integrations and reporting

• Remote administration and control

Wheelhouse is our next-generation SaaS suite, built for logistics teams operating in rail, truck, and pipeline transportation. It modernizes logistics beyond record-keeping by embedding intelligence, decision-making, and deep integration into core workflows.

Conformii is our compliance management platform that helps clients navigate complex regulatory requirements, ensuring operational efficiency while maintaining compliance. Many of our clients use multiple platforms in tandem, while others rely on individual solutions to power their operations.

Your Role

As Project Manager, you'll drive strategic initiatives and ensure successful delivery across all three platforms. You'll work with cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, and help shape our project management practices in our fast-growing startup environment.

• For TerminalBOSS: Lead complex installations, feature enhancements, and client upgrades requiring careful coordination with operational facilities.

• For Wheelhouse: Manage client onboarding, systems integration, and support within agile development cycles.

• For Conformii: Oversee implementation projects ensuring compliance requirements are met while maintaining efficient workflows.

While development teams own technical execution, you'll ensure work is strategically aligned and delivered to meet external commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end coordination of complex projects across all platforms, making critical decisions that balance technical constraints, client needs, and business objectives.

• Stakeholder Management: Own communication between internal teams, clients, and third parties, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and expectations.

• Documentation & Governance: Establish and maintain robust project documentation, schedules, and artifacts throughout the project lifecycle.

• Risk Management: Analyze delivery metrics and project health data to proactively identify and mitigate risks, constraints, and blockers.

• Resource Planning: Collaborate with leadership on capacity planning, resource allocation, and project prioritization.

• Pre-Sales Support: Partner with the sales team to define scope, estimate work, and schedule upcoming engagements.

• Client Relationship Building: Foster strategic relationships with clients to support long term success and identify expansion opportunities.

• Process Improvement: Identify and implement project management best practices to continuously improve our delivery approach.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5-8+ years of progressive project management experience in SaaS, logistics, or industrial tech environments.

• Proven track record managing complex technical projects involving multiple stakeholders, teams, and timelines.

• Experience leading deployments of varying scales, from small implementations to enterprise-wide solutions.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid approaches).

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite and project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms).

• Advanced analytical skills; ability to create data-driven insights using tools like Excel,

PowerBI, or SharePoint.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills; ability to navigate competing priorities diplomatically.

• Experience working in fast-paced environments where requirements evolve and adaptability is key.

Nice to Have

• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications.

• Experience in terminal logistics, transportation, energy sectors, or regulatory compliance.

• Technical understanding of API integrations or enterprise systems implementation.

• Experience building reporting dashboards or lightweight tracking tools.

• Startup experience or demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset.
