- Bachelor's degree or a combination of education & relevant experience will be considered
- 5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong ability to work with and influence all levels of leadership
- Experience in process reengineering and prior business transformation experience
- Experience reviewing/documenting work processes and working with operational teams to improve on work processes
- Experience working in an agile Scrum / matrix environment an asset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- P&C Insurance and claims experience an asset
- Strong Presentation and facilitation skills - skilled at PPT and Visio
- Prior Business Analyst experience an asset
- Prior Design Thinking and Customer Journey mapping experience an asset
- Lean/Six Sigma experience or accreditation an asset
- Bilingual an asset
