Position: UX Researcher

Our team is looking for a UX Researcher to join their team for 6-12 months. This will be fulltime hours per week, and onsite 1-2x per week downtown.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, design, and conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness and usability of banking applications and services.

- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user pain points, behaviors, and preferences.

- Create detailed research reports, including insights, findings, and actionable recommendations to inform design and development decisions.

- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to integrate user feedback into the design process.

- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and focus groups to gather additional insights on user needs and expectations.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX research and banking.

Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience.

- Experience working with a financial, banking or fintech client.

- Portfolio to showcase.
