The Energy Trading Systems Analyst will act as an in-house expert on integrated trading systems, supporting users across Front, Middle, and Back Office functions. This role focuses on improving business processes, managing system enhancements, and ensuring seamless setup for new business operations within energy trading, marketing, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end deal cycle processes using SAP S/4HANA and CTRM/ETRM platforms (e.g., TriplePoint).
• Educate business users on best practices and system usage.
• Identify and drive improvements in systems and processes in collaboration with business and IT teams.
• Coordinate and conduct user acceptance and functional testing for new developments and maintenance activities.
• Monitor and report on system performance, user activity, and process KPIs.
• Investigate and support process-related incidents.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives with agile, innovative thinking.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience using SAP S/4HANA (IS-OIL, TSW, SCSD, CPE, Contract Management, Inventory Management).
• 5+ years of experience using CTRM/ETRM platforms like TriplePoint.
• Degree or diploma in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of hydrocarbon trading, marketing, and logistics processes.
