Title : Web Multi-Media Content Specialist
Location : Remote with occasional in-person meetings.
Security clearance is mandatory
We are seeking a UX-focused Web Multi-Media Content Specialist to lead the design of a new secure portal. This role involves creating a cohesive strategy that integrates redesign, research, validation, and a plan for maintaining and improving the platform.
REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of experience as a Web Multi-Media Content Consultant, with a focus on user-centered design and UX best practices.
- Proven experience on at least 5 user research projects, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Strong ability to create detailed wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Demonstrated experience in usability benchmarking, interaction modeling, and overall UX strategy.
- Experience designing and conducting usability testing in both English and French.
- Involvement in at least 2 projects with Canadian SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises).
- Thorough knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and alignment with Government of Canada digital standards.
- Experience collaborating with development teams, especially those using CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
PREFERRED
- Experience working with or supporting Canadian government departments or public sector digital modernization initiatives.
- Bilingual (EN/FR) capability for developing research materials and communicating with diverse user groups.
