Title : Web Multi-Media Content Specialist

We are seeking a UX-focused Web Multi-Media Content Specialist to lead the design of a new secure portal.

REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years of experience as a Web Multi-Media Content Consultant, with a focus on user-centered design and UX best practices.
• Proven experience on at least 5 user research projects, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Strong ability to create detailed wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Demonstrated experience in usability benchmarking, interaction modeling, and overall UX strategy.
• Experience designing and conducting usability testing in both English and French.
• Involvement in at least 2 projects with Canadian SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises).
• Thorough knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and alignment with Government of Canada digital standards.
• Experience collaborating with development teams, especially those using CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

PREFERRED

• Experience working with or supporting Canadian government departments or public sector digital modernization initiatives.
• Bilingual (EN/FR) capability for developing research materials and communicating with diverse user groups.
