A prestigious national law firm is seeking a talented corporate associate to join its leading Vancouver office. This role offers exposure to a range of sectors, including technology, life sciences, financial services, and private equity. With a streamlined team structure, associates are given meaningful responsibility early, accelerating their development and positioning them ahead of their peers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Advising on high-value, complex corporate transactions across various industries
  • Working closely with senior partners on public M&A, securities, and private equity deals
  • Managing client relationships and contributing to strategic decision-making
  • Taking on significant file responsibility in a team-oriented environment
  • Participating in business development and firm-building initiatives

What They're Looking For

  • 2-5 years of corporate law experience
  • Strong background in M&A, securities, and/or general corporate work
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and client service skills
  • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Team-oriented with a long-term interest in growing within a leading national firm

Preferred Experience

  • Experience advising clients in technology, financial services, or life sciences sectors
  • Exposure to high-stakes transactions or complex deal structures
  • Interest in progressing toward partnership in a national platform

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $143,000 - $205,000, based on experience
  • Discretionary bonus potential
