Airswift is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager for a Source to Pay (S2P) project, to work with one of our O&G clients in Calgary, AB, on a contract position.

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager to support the implementation of an end-to-end Source to Pay (S2P) solution. This role will focus on developing and executing change strategies that enable successful adoption of new systems and processes across both corporate and field environments.

Required Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience managing highly complex technology implementations (e.g., ERP, S2P).
  • Proven track record with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system implementations, including tools such as GEP, Ivalua, Ariba, or Coupa.
  • Strong background in the Oil and Gas industry, including experience working with field site operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise-wide change programs from planning through to execution.

Scope of Work & Deliverables:

Change Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive OCM strategy to support the S2P rollout.
  • Conduct and analyze Stakeholder Assessments.
  • Develop a detailed Change Impact Assessment.
  • Create and maintain strategies for:
  • Communications
  • Sponsorship Management
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Learning & Development (Training)
  • Measurement & Benefit Realization
  • Sustainment

Execution & Delivery

  • Develop and manage the Change Management Plan and implementation schedules.
  • Create and deliver communications content targeted to various stakeholder groups.
  • Establish and manage a Change Agent Network, including ongoing communication and support.
  • Coordinate site-based training, including facilitation of sessions as needed (materials and train-the-trainer support will be provided).
  • Conduct supplementary training and support sessions.
  • Lead the execution of the Project Transition Plan to ensure readiness and sustainability.
  • Ensure all OCM activities align with the broader project timeline and milestones.
