About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Pension Processing Analyst for a 7-month contract (with possible extension) to manage legislated public sector salary adjustments, including Bill 124 implementation. This role requires:
- Advanced mathematical/statistical skills
- High-volume data processing capabilities
- Meticulous attention to regulatory compliance
Key Responsibilities:
Pension Recalculation:
- Perform manual pension recalculations, including Bill 124-related adjustments
- Apply statistical methods and legislative formulas to verify accuracy
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
Data Processing & Quality Control:
- Maintain exceptional accuracy in high-volume pension calculations
- Adhere to strict processing timelines
- Escalate complex cases for senior review
Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency
- Document and share best practices
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in quantitative data processing
- Advanced proficiency in mathematical and statistical analysis
- Ability to interpret and apply legislative requirements
- Demonstrated success in high-accuracy environments
- Pension administration experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with public sector compensation frameworks
