Our client is one of Canada's largest asset based transportation providers and they are currently seeking a Terminal Manager for their GTA facility.

Reporting to: Vice-President of Transport

Role Overview: The Terminal Manager will be responsible for the operational and strategic management of the transport terminal. This role involves supervising a team of 110 drivers and 8 supervisors, ensuring the efficient management of transport operations, safety, performance, and compliance with the company's standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee daily transport operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 110 drivers and 8 supervisors, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to safety regulations and company policies
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Communications & Client Relations: Maintain strong communication channels with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience managing large terminals with 100 or more personnel
• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
