As a Resourcer for NES Fircroft you will be responsible for placing qualified candidates with O&G companies throughout Canada. You will be responsible for the identification, qualification, and matching of candidates to the technical requirements of our clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Recruit, interview, evaluate, and place highly skilled technical professionals on a contract, contract to hire or permanent basis
• Develop creative sourcing and recruiting resources to expand the talent portfolio and attract qualified candidates
• Conduct thorough phone and face-to-face interviews to determine candidates qualifications and job requirements
• Build and maintain a quality pipeline through fostering long-term relationships with candidates
• Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
• Successfully review job descriptions and analyze client requirements in order to understand the needs of the hiring manager and technical skills required
• Constructs Boolean search strings to expedite focused candidate/client discovery
• Call current contractor workforce / recently placed permanent candidates to ensure quality service is maintained and to seek candidate referrals
• Attend site visits with Senior team members
• Ensures 100% compliance with quality standards as dictated by NES Fircroft, including company quality processes, in-country legislation (including Occupational Health & Safety), and client-specific process requirements
