Job Summary
Amorepacific Canada is seeking an Assistant Sales Education Manager with a strong background in skincare education and experience working with the dermatology or medical aesthetics channel. This role is responsible for designing and delivering tailored training programs that communicate product science, clinical benefits, and brand positioning to internal teams, medical professionals and retail partners. passion for the beauty industry, a deep understanding of consumer engagement, and strong market insights. The ideal candidate has a passion for skincare, is confident in presenting to both clinical and retail audiences, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Reporting to the National Senior Sales and Education Manager, the successful candidate will design impactful training programs, optimize digital learning experiences, and collaborate cross-functionally to elevate in-store execution. A hands-on, detail-oriented mindset is key, along with a shared belief that no task is too big or too small in the pursuit of creating a more beautiful world.
Principal Accountabilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Create clear, engaging, and medically relevant educational content that translates clinical and scientific information into accessible training materials.
- Design and deliver education programs tailored to dermatologists, medical aesthetics, and healthcare professionals, in addition to internal teams and retail staff.
- Organize and manage education inventory, maintaining accurate tracking systems.
- Create, edit & optimize videos and digital learning modules to support product knowledge and protocol usage.
- Develop learning content that aligns with clinical claims, regulatory requirements, and global brand messaging.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and medical teams to ensure consistent, aligned communication across all training initiatives.
- Facilitate onboarding and continuing education for internal and external staff.
- Represent the brand at medical events, roundtables and conferences by leading education-focused sessions and demonstrations.
- Evaluate training impact through performance metrics, field feedback, and post-training assessments; recommend improvements as needed.
- Maintain and update education calendars, training agendas, and clinic rollout plans.
- Provide support during evening and weekend events, medical symposiums, or regional trainings, as needed.
- Contribute to the development of sales tools that bridge education and sell-through.
- Act as a brand ambassador in the field, maintaining high levels of engagement with medical partners through ongoing education touchpoints.
- Conduct regular visits to observe training implementation, provide feedback, and ensure consistent brand delivery across all retail partners.
- Support training for digital platforms, ensuring up-to-date content and tracking usage metrics.
- Identify education gaps and propose new tools, sessions, or delivery methods to address evolving training needs in medical and hybrid channels.
Qualification, Experience and skillset
- Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years of experience in skincare education or training within dermatology, medical aesthetics, or the dermocosmetic sector
- Proven experience partnering with Sephora or other prestige beauty retailers is a strong asset
- In-depth knowledge of ingredient science, skin physiology, and clinical skincare protocols
- Skilled in delivering compelling education through presentations, workshops, and clinical trainings across diverse professional audiences
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and experience with digital learning platforms
- Hands-on experience developing, editing, and delivering e-learning modules and live webinar trainings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with video editing tools and platforms is an asset
- Bilingual (English & French) is a strong advantage
- Effective collaborator with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and scientific/medical affairs teams
- Willingness and availability to travel across Canada, including occasional evenings and weekends for training and events
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle required
- Highly self-motivated and organized, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
