As we continue to expand, we are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to complex projects, work alongside industry experts, and gain valuable experience in construction project management. Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support project execution by assisting in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction activities. You will work closely with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Advising on the selection and procurement of construction materials to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
  • Overseeing construction project progress and ensuring tasks are completed according to schedules and specifications.
  • Managing project budgets, tracking costs, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Communicating effectively with construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth project workflows.
  • Identifying customer objectives and ensuring that project deliverables align with client expectations.
  • Calculating and coordinating the supply needs for construction projects to prevent delays and material shortages.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of construction project management, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We are looking for candidates with:

  • A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in construction project coordination or management.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, budgeting, and supply chain management.
  • Strong ability to oversee project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze project needs and calculate material requirements efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with construction safety regulations and quality standards.
