Job Description

Our client is one of the leading insurance brokerages and is seeking an experienced Insurance Marketing Manager to join their team in Vancouver. If you're a dedicated insurance professional looking to take the next step in your career, this opportunity is for you.

What you will be doing:

• Act as liaison between staff and Account Executives to resolve issues requiring attention
• Perform annual staff performance reviews and provide recommendations when needed
• Collaborate with leadership to develop efficient workflow systems
• Review monthly reports to ensure timely account renewals
• Conduct process assessments across Commercial Insurance to implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead regular team meetings and provide training/mentoring to staff
• Perform periodic file audits to ensure procedures are followed
• Provide marketing and policy rating service to the Management team
• Liaise with Account Executives to discuss client needs and negotiate with insurers
• Support staff with policy coverage questions and technical underwriting information

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 7 years of Commercial Marketing experience
• General Insurance Agent Level 2 license or equivalent in your province
• Insurance designations (CAIB, CIP, CRM) considered an asset
• Exceptional client service skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach
• Experience with broker management systems preferred

Salary range: $100,000 to $125,000 based on experience
