Location: Surrey, BC
Position: Full-time (5 days a week) Monday to Saturday (Saturdays required)
Work Timings: 9:00 AM - 5 PM / 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

As we continue to grow, we're excited to offer an opportunity for a Call Center Specialist (Patient Care) at our Snore MD Clinic in Surrey, BC, specifically seeking candidates with experience in high-volume call centers who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
About the Role:
As a Call Center Specialist (Patient Care), you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient experiences and driving growth at our clinic. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to a high volume of inbound patient calls, providing detailed information about our clinics, products and services in a timely manner
- Educating patients on the benefits and features of our medical solutions
- Upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services
- Managing order processing and resolving patient concerns during phone calls, with an emphasis on efficient and empathetic customer service.
- Handling patient inquiries effectively while maintaining call center performance metrics (call volume, response times, etc.
- Managing and documenting patient interactions within our CRM system
About You:
We're looking for proactive, confident team members who are driven by passion for exceptional patient care. You would bring:
- Ability to commute and work onsite in our Surrey - Guildford Clinic
- Previous experience in handling a high volume of inbound calls, meeting performance metrics, and working in fast-paced settings is a must
- Experience in a healthcare call center setting is a plus, but we are primarily looking for talent with direct call center experience
- Familiarity with call center technology and comfortable working under performance-based targets (e.g., call resolution time, call volume)
- You're not afraid to take charge of a conversation and engage with patients in a friendly, approachable way. Your personality shines, and you make people feel at ease
- You can juggle multiple tasks with ease, whether it's handling several patient inquiries or coordinating with internal teams
- A sincere passion for providing exceptional patient care and building lasting relationships
- You handle challenges and feedback with grace. When things get tough, you stay positive, composed, and focused on the goal-delivering great service and helping patients
- You're not just a fast talker, you're a fast learner. Whether it's understanding complex product details or mastering new systems, you grasp information quickly and apply it confidently

Compensation for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, education, and skill set, and may vary within the stated range.
