- You supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
- You advise on the use and availability of construction materials and equipment.
- You calculate material and resource needs based on project timelines.
- You monitor project budgets and report on cost variances and scheduling issues.
- You maintain clear communication with construction crews, clients, and upper management.
