The Executive Challenge
In this role, you will:
• Provide visionary leadership to a tenured management team and oversee all City operations
• Execute Council's strategic direction with agility, transparency, and fiscal responsibility
• Champion sustainable growth, asset management, economic development, and service innovation
• Cultivate a culture of engagement, inclusivity, and continuous improvement
• Serve as the City's ambassador with local, provincial, and federal partners, Indigenous governments, and regional stakeholders

An emotionally intelligent leader and trusted advisor with a proven record of public sector excellence. You bring deep expertise in municipal governance, finance, HR, and strategic planning. You are not only operationally adept but politically astute-comfortable balancing bold initiatives with pragmatic stewardship. Your leadership style is collaborative, forward-thinking, and rooted in values of integrity, respect, and service.
Qualifications
• A degree in Public or Business Administration (or equivalent combination of education/experience)
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience in a municipal or multi-stakeholder public sector environment
• Extensive knowledge of municipal legislation, finance, human resources, and organizational development
• A demonstrated ability to deliver results while nurturing a resilient, high-performing workforce
• Willingness to reside in and become a visible, engaged member of the Warman community
