We are seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to join our consulting team and support our enterprise clients in improving their data strategy, analytics, and reporting capabilities.

What You'll Do:

• Design and maintain BI data models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support business strategy.
• Develop and optimize ETL processes (e.g. SAS, Pentaho) to ensure data availability and accuracy.
• Conduct data analysis and present insights to cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to define KPIs and implement governance around data use and reporting.
• Support data quality initiatives and documentation of business rules and data definitions.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in BI development, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with SAS Enterprise Guide or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of BI project lifecycles, from design to deployment.
• Ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with machine learning and AI concepts.
• Familiarity with front-end reporting tools (e.g. MicroStrategy, Tableau).
• Previous experience in consulting or working with large-scale data systems.
