Privately Owned Surgery & Dentistry Focus No On-Call Work-Life Balance

Lloyd & Cowan Veterinary Recruitment is pleased to be working with a fantastic privately owned small animal clinic located in South West Ontario. This well-established practice, owned and led by a dedicated veterinarian, is looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Associate Veterinarian to join their friendly 3-doctor team.

This is a great opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys surgery and dentistry, values continuing education, and wants to work in a supportive, low-stress environment with no after-hours responsibilities.

About the Practice:

• Focused on CE and ongoing training
• Heavy surgical and dental caseload, supported by a brand new dental suite
• 2-3 surgical mornings/week, or full surgery days depending on caseload
• No OOH - all after-hours care is referred to a nearby 24-hour emergency service
• Full-time schedule includes only one Saturday morning (8-12) every third weekend
• Modern equipment and well-resourced clinic

About You:

• Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Ontario
• Confident or keen to develop further in surgery and dentistry
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Open to both experienced vets and more recent grads seeking mentorship

Compensation & Perks:

• Salary: $110,000 - $130,000+ (commensurate with experience)
