Position Summary: Solution Architect to support ERP and ServiceNow

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible to design and support the solution, from an architecture perspective, Inventory Management, Warehouse, Fulfillment, Finance integration, Field Management, Service Management (ServiceNow) across Canada and the US. Work with business stakeholders and analysts to understand and influence key business requirements that drive solutions
• Design solution architecture meeting business requirements, systemes capabilities and enterprise architecture alignment
• Document and maintain solution-level views of how current business capabilities and business functionality are supported by people, process, and technology
• Advise and guide business and stakeholders on technology capabilities, mapping to business requirements
• Establish strategic technical targets for business capabilities and business functionality
• Contributed to product evaluation, integration spec reviews and solution selection
• Collaborate and support development teams to ensure development of the services meet design solution
• Collaborate with business analysts, security architects, technical architects and data architects to create project solutions that respect strategic technical vision
• Perform project reviews, ensuring compliance with architecture standards, roadmaps, patterns and guidelines and approve architecture solutions
