Client is leading property restoration and construction company in Southern Ontario, providing emergency mitigation, restoration and general construction services to properties affected by floods, fires, or other property damage. They are looking to add a Large Loss Project Manager based out of the Toronto Office.

Role

As a Project Manage you would be required to manager multiple restoration files at any given time. On site estimation for residential and commercial mitigation and reconstruction. Schedule cleanup crews and equipment. Schedule and supervise sub trades. Meet with Insurance adjusters and clients. Document claims, scopes of work and services provided. Manage all contracts.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of project management experience, preferably in insurance restoration
• Minimum of (2) years of experience with large/complex project management in residential, multifamily and commercial restoration
• Estimating experience of wood frame home construction.
• Experience overseeing emergency mitigations and/or construction projects, both residential and commercial
• Working knowledge of the building envelope, building sciences and project management
• A proven track record to monitoring job costs to ensure job profitability
• IICRC certification would be an asset
• Working knowledge of Xactimate
• Computer literacy is a must for this position
• Criminal Record Check.
