Responsibilities
- Lead and manage environmental projects, ensuring compliance with Alberta's regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review technical environmental reports, including:
- Phase 1 and Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessments
- Remediation and Reclamation Reports
- Site-Specific Liability Assessments (SSLAs)
- Groundwater Reports and Conceptual Site Models
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver practical, effective environmental solutions.
Qualifications
- University degree or technical diploma in Environmental Science, Engineering, Agrology, Geology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant environmental consulting experience (10-15 years preferred).
- Previous hands-on fieldwork experience is an asset, but this role is 100% office-based.
- Solid understanding of Alberta's environmental legislation, AER Bulletins, and site management frameworks.
