Responsibilities

• Lead and manage environmental projects, ensuring compliance with Alberta's regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review technical environmental reports, including:
• Phase 1 and Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessments
• Remediation and Reclamation Reports
• Site-Specific Liability Assessments (SSLAs)
• Groundwater Reports and Conceptual Site Models
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver practical, effective environmental solutions.

Qualifications

• University degree or technical diploma in Environmental Science, Engineering, Agrology, Geology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant environmental consulting experience (10-15 years preferred).
• Previous hands-on fieldwork experience is an asset, but this role is 100% office-based.
• Solid understanding of Alberta's environmental legislation, AER Bulletins, and site management frameworks.
