About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled and dynamic Power Apps Developer to join an innovation-driven organization based in Mississauga, Ontario. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline internal business processes.
• Build and customize applications using Power Apps to meet business needs.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Teams) and third-party systems.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient, and secure Power Platform solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing Power Automate workflows to ensure performance and reliability.
• Provide training and support to internal teams and end-users on new and existing Power Platform solutions.
• Stay current with updates and best practices related to Microsoft Power Platform, and proactively recommend innovations or improvements.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience developing with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft services such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Teams.
• Proficiency in scripting (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred:

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400).
• Familiarity with other automation tools and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure).
• Experience working in start-up or mid-size tech environments.
