- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Program/Project Manager.
- Adobe Expertise: Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, or similar Adobe products.
- Agile Methodology: Proven experience with Agile practices and managing sprints using JIRA.
- Website Development: Strong experience managing website development projects and working with cross-functional teams.
- Vendor & Risk Management: Skilled in vendor management and risk escalation for large projects.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to liaise between technical, marketing, and business teams.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to manage and solve complex business and technical challenges effectively.
