Salary: CAD $ 35.00 Hourly, for 40 Hours per week Benefits: 4% Vacation Pay Positions Available: 2 Education: Not Required Experience: 2 or more years of related work experience Languages: English Start Date: As soon as possible Work Location: Ave, Surrey, BC V3S 1X7 Canada Job Duties: - Inspect, diagnose, adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of heavy-duty trucks, including chassis, frame, cab, body, engine, and drive train. - Maintain and repair truck systems such as air brakes, steering, suspension, fuel, hydraulic, and electrical/electronic systems. - Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems, focusing on structural integrity, brake systems, and electrical components. - Conduct routine maintenance on trucks to ensure optimal performance and safety, including tire changes, oil checks, and fluid replacements. - Use diagnostic equipment to assess and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. - Ensure all repairs and maintenance meet regulatory safety standards and follow manufacturer guidelines. - Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used, services provided, and any safety inspections completed.
