Key Responsibilities
Perform dental examinations and diagnose oral diseases and conditions.
Administer treatments including but not limited to dental surgery, fillings, extractions, and preventative care.
Implement and oversee patient care plans, maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.
Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care practices.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Essential Qualifications
Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited Canadian or American institution.
Licensure to practice dentistry in Canada (Ontario).
Strong communication skills with a focus on patient interaction and education.
Proficiency in dental surgery and various dental procedures.
Multilingualism is an asset, enhancing communication with diverse patient backgrounds.
Desired Experience
Minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 3 years of experience in a dental practice.
Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced dental environment.
Proven ability to establish rapport with patients and provide high-quality care.
Salary and Benefits
Salary: $300,000 - $400,000 CAD annually, commensurate with experience.
