How you will contribute
You service Tradition's customers by ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and outbound shipments are planned efficiently.
Essential Duties
Manages all purchase orders for Packaging Materials
Evaluates Orders to ensure compliance with cost and space requirements
Manage Vendors performance
Sources and sets up materials for New Projects
Arrange pick up transportation for all materials sourced out of the U.S.
Works with FedEx Trade Network to clear inbound supplies for packaging
Manages Overdue Inbound orders for Packaging
Works directly with suppliers on all packaging quality non- compliance issues
May be required from time to time to assist or manage specific Supply Chain Projects as directed by the Supply Chain Manager
Keep work station clean, neat and free of potential safety hazards at all times
All other duties as may be assigned from time to time
What will make you successful
College Diploma preferably in Supply Chain or Inventory Management
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite of Products
Extremely analytical and resourceful
Ability to read and understand measurements and written/verbal instructions
Exhibits good communication skills and has ability to work as part of a team.
