How you will contribute

You service Tradition's customers by ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and outbound shipments are planned efficiently.

As an Order Desk Logistics Coordinator, you will:
Receive, verify the accuracy, and process customer purchase orders in SAP.
Prepare sales orders and inform customers of the shipping date and any possible delays.
Review inventory records and plan shipments based on product availability.
Coordinate with Supply Chain on order fulfillment timelines.
Coordinate with the warehouse on building loads efficiently.
Prepare custom documents such as bill of Lading and invoice for outbound shipments.
Schedule transportation with carriers based on warehouse dock capacity for outbound shipments.
Track orders to ensure timely delivery.
Request quotes from carriers to determine the best rates.
Review and approve freight bills for processing payments.
Maintain accurate and updated records of orders and communicate with customers on order status.
Document and review customer complaints.
Support or lead specific Supply Chain projects as required.

What will make you successful
College Diploma or Certification Program in any relevant field
2-5 years of previous order desk/customer service experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Previous experience working with an ERP system.
Great communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Extremely analytical and resourceful.
Ability to read and understand measurements and written/verbal instructions.

More about this role

Work schedule:Two-week rotation of days, evenings, and nights. Monday to Friday.
