Role overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled SAP ISU Device Management Functional Architect who will be catering to clients in North America and supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales/delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.
What you'll do
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP Device Management solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with team members to understand their needs, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Drive the integration of ISU Master Data and ISU-Device Management processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead all aspects of the execution of ISU-Process Execution strategies, optimizing utility processes and customer service.
- Ensure the delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget constraints, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Conduct regular reviews of project progress, addressing any issues promptly to mitigate risks.
- Facilitate multi-functional teamwork, encouraging an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in SAP and utilities, applying insights to drive business value.
- Champion the adoption of SAP Service Contracts, SAP Billing, and other relevant technologies to expand service offerings.
- Advocate for standard methodologies in SAP Customer Care Services, SAP Energy Data Management, and related areas to improve customer happiness.
What you bring to the role
- Sr. Functional Architect with 14-17 years of experience, specializing in SAP Device Management and ISU domains.
- ISU-Device Management, ISU-Process Execution, ISU Master Data, Utilities.
Working arrangements
