We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer proficient in.Net and Azure technologies to join our dynamic team in Atlantic Canada. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative software solutions for our Fortune 500 client, who is a pioneer in fleet management, logistics, and supply chain management.
Your future duties and responsibilities
-Develop and maintain full stack applications on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
-Utilize Microsoft Azure PaaS, IaaS, and IPaaS services to optimize application performance and scalability.
-Design and implement robust application architecture using C#, ASP.Net Core, SQL Server, and SSIS packages, with a deep understanding of .NET Core architecture.
-Collaborate with team members to integrate NoSQL databases (such as Cosmos or MongoDB) where applicable.
-Implement caching techniques, concurrency patterns, and state management concepts to enhance application efficiency.
-Design and develop RESTful services architecture and employ asynchronous programming paradigms.
-Utilize logging and diagnostic tools in Azure to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
-Analyze and optimize deployed applications for improved performance and user experience.
-Design and develop relational database objects and components, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
-Follow the full software development life cycle, including design, testing, deployment, and documentation activities, adhering to agile and scrum methodologies.
-Utilize tools such as Jira, DevOps, and test automation frameworks to streamline development processes.
-Implement CI/CD best practices and ensure adherence to fundamental design principles and architectural patterns for scalable applications.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Must have full stack development experience on Microsoft Azure cloud
• Knowledge of leveraging Microsoft Azure PaaS/ IaaS/ IPaaS is required
• Strong application development skills in C#, ASP.Net Core, SQL Server and SSIS packages and .NET Core Architecture understanding
• Experience or working knowledge with NoSQL (Cosmos or MongoDB) is desirable
• Experience in caching techniques, concurrency patterns and Web Development Concepts (State Management, Stateless Development)
• REST Services Architecture knowledge and Asynchronous Programming Paradigm
• Experience using logging and diagnostic tools in Azure to discover, diagnose, and solve problems.
• Strong experience in analyzing and optimizing already deployed applications.
• Extensive knowledge and hands on experience designing and developing objects and components of relational database.
• Experience with the full software development life cycle, including design, testing, deployment, and documentation activities (including agile and scrum patterns)
• Knowledge and understanding of SDLC, with a strong preference for Agile experience.
• Knowledge of Jira, DevOps, test automation, and CI/CD best practices
• Understanding of fundamental design principles and architectural patterns for building a scalable application
