Job Summary : We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educator

(RECE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging, play-based learning experiences. As an RECE, you will play a critical role in supporting the cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development of children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and experiences that promote the development of children.

Observe and document children's progress and behavior, sharing observations with parents and staff to support individualized learning.

Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.

Collaborate with colleagues and families to support the well-being and learning goals of each child.

Maintain compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements, including health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Must possess a College Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) from a recognized

institution.

Registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE) in Ontario is required.

Previous experience in an early childhood education setting is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, families, and staff.

A commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to the ethical standards of the profession.
