Full-Time Schedule is Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday
Part-Time Schedule could be evenings / weekends or weekdays

JOB DESCRIPTION

A Parts Pro works under the direct supervision of the Store Manager and is responsible for assessing the parts needs of customers and providing appropriate solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

A Parts Pro is responsible for performing the following duties:
Interacting with customers in person and over the phone
Searching catalogs and computer databases to find appropriate product solutions.
Conveying product solutions in a comprehensive but efficient manner to customers.
Ensuring the proper billing and procurement for product sales.
Ensuring the proper storage and inventory of product.
Ensuring the proper replenishment of stock and inventory.
Assisting in filling purchase orders and other related documentation

REQUIREMENTS

In order to be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in the automotive and/or tire industry.
Strong ability to operate computer software.
A valid Ontario Driver's License.
Ability to work well under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
