The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of 2 years' Corporate/Commercial Paralegal experience, ideally with some experience in transactional work
Strong computer skills including experience with ALF
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
Strong client service skills with the ability to foster strong relationships
The ability to work independently and strong attention to detail is a must
