Job Summary:
Kōst is looking for Servers that will be responsible for providing high-levels of customer service to all restaurant patrons by providing prompt service, taking accurate orders and maintaining a strong working knowledge of all menu items and daily specials.
Servers will perform customer service duties in a friendly and professional manner at all times, and ensure that the customers have an enjoyable dining experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide customer service to customers, including taking accurate orders.
Taking, delivering and ensuring food is accurate based on customer's wishes, with any accompaniments that belong.
Maintain section cleanliness, cleaning the table during and after the meal or drink service.
Maintain familiarity with the composition of all menu items.
Ensure that customers are correctly charged, present the bill, and take payment from the customer, in accordance with the procedures of the establishment.
Ensure proper setting of tables, removing used dishes and place settings. Assist with cleaning duties.
Complete side duties based on the restaurant's needs.
Perform other duties as needed.
Skills/Requirements
Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced and high volume environment.
Must have SMART Serve.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Well-organized with ability to take orders accurately.
Ability to operate point of sale systems.
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
Able to work well under pressure.
Able to work with a calm professional manner at all times.
Must successfully complete the restaurant's training course.
Food Handler Certification is an asset.
Prolonged periods of walking and standing.
Able to carry and lift up to 25 pounds at one time.
Note: salary will be dependent on experience.
