Our client is looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to fill their newly available opportunity for a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal. The client has a stellar reputation for providing top-notch legal expertise and guidance to guidance to their diverse client base.

Job responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

Draft covenants and easements

Prepare reports

Conduct due diligence searches

Review and process purchase sales agreements

The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum of 2 years' commercial real estate Paralegal experience

Computer skills including Microsoft Office and document/knowledge management systems

Demonstrated ability to handle and effectively prioritize work

Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
