Litigation LAA

Our client, a law firm located in Vancouver is actively seeking a Litigation LAA. This role calls for an individual who is keen to broaden their knowledge and experience base. You will join a great team of professionals and a great work environment. The lawyers in this group practice a variety of areas of litigation so it is a chance to try some new areas of litigation.

Job Responsibilities include:
Drafting of correspondence and legal documents
Scheduling examinations for discovery, trials and hearings
Prepare, file and manage documents for courts an tribunals
Providing administrative support to lawyers and other assistants
Other duties to be determined

The ideal candidate will have:
At least 2 years' experience as a Litigation LAA
LAA certificate from accredited institution
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work well independently and in a group
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Experience:
legal assistant: 2 years (preferred)
