Our client, a well established financial group, located in Vancouver, is looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to fill their newly available opportunity for a Corporate/Commercial Paralegal to assist with Corporate, Compliance and Legal Operations matters. The client has a stellar reputation for providing top-notch expertise and guidance to their diverse client base.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for complex corporate and compliance work including contracts, corporate/commercial documents , agreements, policies, etc.
Assisting lawyers with the work flow and efficiencies within the legal team
Assisting the five in-house counsel with various projects, initial drafts, etc.

The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of 3 years' Corporate/Commercial and/or Securities experience, either in-house or in a law firm.
Experience preparing corporate legal documents such as contracts, agreements, compliance matters, resolutions, etc.
Strong organizational skills and a desire to improve efficiencies and processes
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $95,000.00-$110,000.00 per year

Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Experience:
corporate/commercial: 3 years (preferred)
