Our client, a mid-sized multi-service firm in Vancouver, is looking for a Conveyancer to join their team. This particular role calls for an individual who is keen to broaden their knowledge and experience base. The ideal candidate must have a strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Job responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
Drafting and maintenance of documents related to conveyancing including purchases, sales and refinancing
Liaise and assist clients as well as lawyers and brokerages
Performing corporate searches, LTO searches, conflict searches, and due diligence searches

The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 2 years in residential conveyancing, some experience with commercial real estate is an asset.
Completion of a LAA certificate or diploma from an accredited institution
Effective communication skills - interpersonal, verbal and written
Strong computer skills
Confident and dependable - strong initiative and ability to work effectively with a team as well as independently

The successful candidate will be working with various Associates and Paralegals within the firm and will eventually have the opportunity to learn banking and commercial real estate.
