We are looking for professionals who are dynamic and passionate in their approach to the hospitality industry. We are now hiring Front desk agents:

Expectations & Duties:
Greet guests with a smile and answer their questions as required.
Responsible for checking guests in and out of the Hotel.
Issues room keys, pamphlets, discount cards, etc.
Works in conjunction with the bell staff to assist guests to their rooms.
Answers various questions from guests.
Computes bills and collect payments.
Runs various reports on the computer for management.
Other duties as assigned.
Complete shift audits as required.
Print updated in-house, arrival, departure, and room status reports every two hours pending activity.
Check all unresolved departures.
Review service requests for arrivals.
Ensure front desk is stocked with any items guests may require before housekeeping leaves for the day.
Complete in-house bucket check.
Clean and tidy front desk area.
As a front-line worker, present a positive and professional image of the organization to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, and other interactions.
Provide information to staff and/or clients about special activities.
Observe and report any security issues to the Hotel Manager.
Performs other duties as required
Able to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment

Contract Length:
The Bayshore Inn & Spa is a seasonal resort that is open from May 5th until October 10th. There is some flexibility on the start date, however all contracts can end no earlier than after the Labor Day long weekend in September. There are only a few spots for September end dates and most contracts will end at the completion of our season in October. We are a seasonal business and require a commitment from our staff to stay until the end of their contract date.
