Position: Project Coordinator Administrator
Location: Barrie, On
Salary: $40-44K
Hours: 8am-4pm (35 hrs/week + 1 hr lunch break)
We are seeking a Project Coordinator/Administrator for a position in Barrie. This role will require the right candidate to be Involved in potential and active jobs from inception to invoicing.
Job Responsibilities:
Gather relevant project information to prepare all relevant job files and corresponding.
Project requirements include insurance certificates, notice of project, WSIB, Stat decs etc.
File all job-related information in client files.
Prepare recap paperwork and update job file database.
Review and circulate relevant Tender/RFQ from online platforms.
Issue Purchase Orders and circulate.
Prepare and arrange shipping of parts/equipment.
Coordinate out-of-town bookings.
Relay pertinent project information to required staff.
Send out new customer application forms and collect credit reference info.
Organize job folders in preparation for invoicing Prepare draft labour summaries.
Assist in the preparation of invoices for Controller review Submit approved invoices to clients.
Prepare and update Job-related safety books.
Obtain WSIB Clearance certificates for on-site subcontractors.
Preparation for Safety meetings with Engineers.
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat
Construction and Safety based administrative background would be an asset.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
2-3 years' experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$44,000.00 per year
