Why this role is important? The Advisor Business Application Support will play a key role in being the first point of contact for the Tier 2 user's issues with our suite of business applications, providing an expert troubleshooting, guidance, and support across platforms.

What you will do:

Provide functional support to users with business applications suite including CIS, CRM, mobile app, and backend applications.

Monitoring performance of business applications, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing optimizations to enhance system efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

Participate in the implementation of changes to business applications, including testing, deployment, and documentation, ensuring minimum disruption and integrity of system functionality.

Be a trusted subject matter expert (SME), support, and testing for system change solutions.

Contribute to development of strategies to use our enterprise systems to launch these products and services.

Who you are:

University degree preferably in Computer Science or equivalent

4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, documentation, testing is required.

Technical knowledge is required on the following:

Customer Information System (e.g SAP S4 HANA)

Work and asset system (e.g Maximo)

Service Now (management of incidents/changes); web-based applications, MS desktop software.

Stellar communication skills, and interpersonal skills.

Outstanding ability to manage time, work independently, be agile and prioritize workload.

Strives to be a team-player, build positive relationships, and collaborates.

Working Conditions:

Position works in typical office environment.

Some project implementations occur overnight or on weekends and may need to be available to support and lead project launch.

Requires some travel to 3rd party provider locations and customer sites. A valid Ontario G class Ontario driver's license and maintenance of a responsible driving record is required.
