Our innovative and growing Client company is seeking an experienced and motivational individual. CNC Machinist ( Level 3 ) is responsible for the programming of CNC Machines and ensuring the safe production of quality products . To Join our team, please review the below job details:

Position -CNC Machinist

Job Type -Full Time- Permanent

Core Skills:
5+YEARS minimum experience in CNC setup (setting up fixtures, tooling & vises)
Understanding and skills in developing prototypes.
Understanding of the Quality Manual , Quality Procedures and Training.
Understand and read blueprints i.e part views, definitions and foot notes.
Be responsible for basic machine upkeep i.e. cleaning, coolant maintenance & chip removal.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift upto 50lbs.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
Set up, operate and maintain a variety of machine tools including computer numerically controlled (CNC) tools to perform precision, non-repetitive machining operations such as sawing, turning, milling, boring, planing, drilling, precision grinding and other operations
Compute dimensions and tolerances and measure and lay out work pieces
Capability to independently deliver quality product complete to all specifications including, CNC Programming, Set up documentation & Quality Control
Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials into machine
Study sample parts, blueprints, drawings, and engineering information in order to determine methods and sequences of operations needed to fabricate products and determine product dimensions and tolerances.
Lay out, measure and mark material blanks in order to display placement of cuts
Observe and listen to operating machines or equipment in order to diagnose machine malfunctions and to determine need for adjustments or repairs.
Clean and lubricate machines, tools, equipment, in order to remove grease, rust ,stains and foreign matter
Evaluate experimental procedures, recommend changes or modifications for improved efficiency and adaptability to perform set up and production operations.
