Here's where you'll be focusing:

Develop and monitor business plans to achieve/exceed goals, budget, labour and deliver on KPIs
Ensure central fill pharmacy service obligations/agreements are executed and attained
Engage network of Pharmacy Managers as customers and, with a continuous improvement mindset, facilitate any data transfer, trouble-shoot medication sourcing, and conduct quality assurance on the packaging systems
Lead and provide support to the specialty compounding services while conducting quality assurance on the packaging systems and speciality compounds
Exceed internal and external customer expectations by building strong relationships and delivering customer centric solutions
Participate in professional programs and collaborate with colleagues to provide excellence in health & wellness services to all patients
Be an ambassador to uphold and instill company values, including championing all diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring the pharmacy is an inclusive environment
Manage the selection, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and succession planning processes
Build and maintain strong team relationships in a supportive and motivating work environment that ensures an appropriate balance of labour with each team member working to full scope
Ensure all regulatory requirements and Company policies, processes, and procedures (e.g., OHS, Loss Prevention) are implemented in the department; responsible to train staff and ensure adherence and maintain equipment service and maintenance

What you have to offer:

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
Must be a Licensed Pharmacist in good standing, in the province of responsibility
Injection and First Aid Certification
Previous management experience in a pharmacy setting is an asset
Kroll software experience is preferred
