Contracts Professional (Operations Lead)

What you'll do

As a key member of the Supply Chain Central Services (SCCS) team, this role is primarily responsible for managing
operational activities related to the Contractor Resource Profile Management (CRPM) Project.

The CRPM project will create a single foundational system of record for contractor resource profile data, flowing between
various systems which manage physical and cyber access, and track training. BC Hydro will utilize the existing SAP Human
Capital Management system as a centralized repository for all individuals (employee and contractor resources) who access
our systems.

Accountabilities include:

• Responsible for ensuring that BC Hydro's contractor resource community benefits from the successful deployment and
ongoing sustainment of the CRPM project.

• Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders, application owners and business users to effectively deliver on project
objectives.

• Leads ongoing process improvement initiatives through collaboration with key stakeholders, application owners and
business users to ensure desired results are achieved.

• Provides day-to-day support for CRPM, including implementing enhancements and resolving issues.

• Establishes regular reporting and metrics related to CRPM.

• Schedules and prepares periodic audit reviews to identify and resolve potential profile duplications and other data issues.

• Creates or maintains all CRPM related governance guidelines, reference material, training instructions, templates and
support sites (SharePoint, Hydroweb).

• Supports the SCCS team on other projects, programs or initiatives as assigned.

What you bring

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline such as Business (a combination of education, professional training and
relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).

• Minimum +7 years of progressive experience in complex business environments.

• Strong interpersonal, communications, planning and organizational skills.

• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.

• Experience with successful change management initiatives.

• Experience managing programs or projects.

• Sound understanding of data management and governance processes.

• Ability to analyze data and develop reporting to guide decision making.

• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes through collaboration with key stakeholders.

• Proficiency with MS Office including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
