About the opportunity:

The primary purpose of this role is to be an HR Systems and Operational expert providing the highest level of technical and functional expertise in the HR Systems domain (SuccessFactors, KRONOS, learning, recruitment, compensation, benefits, payroll, and performance systems. This role facilitates the implementation and maintenance of complex HR technology platforms to ensure successful deployment and to identify process improvement opportunities in the organization. This includes having demonstrated independent work in the design and implementation of very complex solutions, and knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of industry/vendor solutions. This role acts as the functional expert to ensure all HR Systems function properly and to identify process improvement opportunities in the organization.

The attributes we are looking for:
Resolves small and complex problems within the HR Technology workstreams to drive implementations; leads projects with business implications, participates in planning and priority estimates; executes with limited guidance. Collaborates with internal business stakeholders to define specific requirements for new and or existing system enhancements.
Leads development of integrated HR solutions to ensure specifications are flexible, scalable, and maintainable and meet architectural standard.
Mentors and advises others in all HR system development lifecycle phases by applying and sharing an in-depth understanding of company and industry methodologies, policies, standards, and controls. Communicates changes in software architecture and coaches others to apply this understanding to Data or Platform solutions; resolves escalated issues
Ensures personnel data in various HR systems is maintained such as but not limited to maintaining system tables and uploading or entering data for employee transactions such as new hires, transfers, pay increases, and terminations and or troubleshooting automation process for those transactions that are automated and do not require data entry. Ensure data integrity in the systems by performing regular audits and collaborating with total rewards functions and site HR.
Leads efforts to improve HR systems configuration, test, and operational excellence best practices.
Provides mentoring and guidance to more junior level HRIS team members; may provide feedback and direction on specific HRIS tasks.
Automates and simplifies team development, test, and operations processes; develops detailed architecture plans for large scale enterprise architecture projects and drives the plans to fruition. This includes building and participate in end-to-end positive and negative unit testing, while building a library of leverageable test scenarios and script
Maintains a deep understanding of HR industry trends, best practices, and latest technologies to apply them into daily operations.
Produce human resources reports and data analytics such as various metrics reports by collecting and compiling data and distributing to multiple departments.

What you will bring:
University degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum (5) years' experience as HR Systems / HR Operations expert
Solid understanding of HR processes and how they link to the HR systems.
Strong analytical skills.
Understanding of financial reporting and variance analysis.
Highly proficient with multiple HR Systems and operational functionality including workflows.
Highly proficient with standard office computer technology such as Office 365.
Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
High attention to detail and data accuracy with strict adherence to security policies and handling of confidential information.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in an agile environment, while meeting the needs and challenges of a dynamic business environment.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, & professionalism.
