Our client located in Richmond Hill, Ontario, provides logistics services to a major automotive manufacturer. On their behalf, Avery HR is seeking a Counterbalance Forklift Operator/Team Leader to join their team.

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Shift: 6:30 am TO 3:00 pm

Requirements:

Demonstrated ability to lead & train others
Valid Counterbalance certificate (Propane)
Good computer skills, (MS Office, WMS/Red Prairie)
Minimum of 3 years of safe and experienced forklift driving skills
Previous experience working with power tools; mechanical aptitude
Experience using basic hand tools, socket wrenches, product assembly, etc.
Above average English communication skills, both verbal and written

Temp-to-perm opportunity for the successful candidate.

Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Richmond Hill, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
team leader or supervisory: 1 year (preferred)
Forklift: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
Counterbalance forklift (propane) (required)
