UI/UX Designer On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a UI/UX Designer. UI/UX Designer - Job Description
Lead and execute large-scale discovery and research projects to inform product design decisions
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and user needs
Manage and prioritize design initiatives across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives
Engage with bank-wide stakeholders to gather insights, address concerns, and drive consensus on design solutions
Conduct service research to identify opportunities for improving user experiences across various touchpoints
Create and maintain user flow maps to visualize user journeys and inform product development
Mentor junior designers and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
Proven experience in leading large-scale discovery and research initiatives within a product design context
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences
Proficiency in user-centered design principles and methodologies
Expertise in service research techniques and user flow mapping tools
Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
Portfolio showcasing successful design projects and research outcomes
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and drive results in a dynamic organization
UI/UX Designer - Mandatory Skills
Proven experience in leading large-scale discovery and research initiatives within a product design context
10 years of Expertise in Human-centered design principles and methodologies
Expertise in service research techniques and user flow mapping tools
Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
Expertise in problem-solving approach and design process
Proficiency in digital design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
