Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 and 2 end user support.
Manage and support Microsoft 365 services and applications.
Ensure all IT infrastructure (local or cloud) is administered with emphasis on availability, reliability, security, and scalability.
Investigate and resolve any technical issues, coordinating with team members or external support providers as necessary.
Stay up to date with modern technology trends and products, provide guidance to team members, and direction on new project options.
Develop and maintain documentation.
Required
Computer Systems Technology Diploma is preferred.
3-5 years of experience working in a similar capacity.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and vendors.
Strong verbal and written skills required.
Ability to translate complex technical information to a non-technical audience .
Desired
Experience with virtualization (VMWare) is an asset.
Experience with networking and firewalls (Fortigate, Aruba, and Cisco) is an asset.
Experience with Cisco VOIP and IP telephony is an asset.
