What you will do:

Collaborate with team leads to identify business problems and opportunities that would benefit from better understanding customer behavior. Work to improve the team's understanding of customers, behavioral patterns, and demographics.

Support team leads to help drive improved business results including reduction in call volumes, back-office exceptions, increase digital adoption and overall cost effectiveness.

Develop new management reporting framework to support Customer Experience Transformation initiative. Assemble new reporting requirements on improvements in overall productivity, channel shift and customer satisfaction.

Assist in implementation of changes in business processes and rules based on analytics.

Develop, analyze and distribute various monthly and weekly reports for the Customer Care team.

Work with Enbridge TIS (Technology and Information Services) and vendor partners on analytic projects (SME, Testing, Data gathering).

Who you are:

Related university degree and 4+years' experience (preferably in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Business Analytics Marketing, Market research, customer care) OR 6+ years of previous field operations experience. An equivalent mix of formal education and experience may also be considered.

Advanced Microsoft Excel and proficiency with SQL, Power BI, Python.

Experience using SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics suite (Business Objects), Customer Information Systems (CIS).

Proven Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint.

Excellent communication skills, problem solving and strong client/customer service skills.

Preferred:

Knowledge of affiliate relationship code, gas marketers code, and other regulatory requirements which govern the activities of the Company.
